"iStorm installed a 4 camera CCTV system for me on the 6th December 2011, the installation was completed on the day, both engineers were very helpful and professional. I had a problem two weeks later, contacted iStorm and they came out and fixed it the same day within a few hours. I would highly recommend them and would reuse them if I required further work. A totaly professional company."

Scheduled engineer never rocked-up to site (26/05/2011) - allegedly he "broke down on the motorway" without getting in contact with the managing agent for the property. We were due to have a Visonic Powermax alarm installed. I have been now calling for a month with countless promised callbacks (15+)from the manager. He just hasn't had the simple courtesy to call us back to let us know what is happening, or simply that he cannot do the work. This is basic integrity and customer service stuff: keeping your word and keeping your customers updated. Staff sickness and motor breakdowns are no excuse for not managing your customers expectations' properly.
Very unimpressed.

"I received an instant reply for my request for a quote for a full alarm system and security lights. The firm arrived on time when coming to measure up and then fit the systems. They were smartly dressed and very helpful, and fitted the systems without making any mess - and cleared up when they had finished. They took time to explain the workings of the system to me, and reassured me that I could contact them at any time if I have any problems with it.I am very satisfied with the work carried out and the price paid. I would have no hesitation in recommending them."

"After a spate of kerosene thefts in our rural village my wife and I decided to have CCTV fitted to our house. We contacted iStorm Security who listened to what we wanted and then surveyed the house before suggesting a few small changes. We agreed on a price for a four camera system with a one terabyte hard drive recorder which iStorm duly installed the following week. Iain and his team took 2 days to install the system. Iain stayed until 9pm on the second day to iron out a few small glitches. The system has worked perfectly and my wife and I are very pleased with both the CCTV system, the quality of the work and the service we received. We would not hesitate to recommend iStorm to any of our friends or relations. All in all an excellent service and an excellent product."

"I-Storm carried out an extensive survey of our wish-list and then patiently guided us through the many changes we made. The final solution of 6 cameras and a DVR was completed without inconvenience to ourselves and Iain and his team did not disrupt the installation period by leaving site to attend to other matters. Iain dealt with any post contract queries immediately and replaced a faulty camera within a day of him receiving my call. We decided to add an additional camera a couple of weeks after the main installation and again the service was exemplary. I can recommend I-Storm without hesitation for the quality of workmanship and equipment and for the level of professionalism and personal attention which is rarely encountered these days."
